  firstly, i am knowledgeable enough to know when i am confused. I am 1000% confident that any confusion was explained clearly and in a way that i can reexplain to my loved ones. The gentleman HECTOR was efficient, typed good, talked good, and left an amazing professional conversation.

  Great experiences so far at this branch. Excellent customer service. Robert is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and ready to offer assistance regarding your financial needs. Claudia was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly when we needed assistance at one of the service windows. Raul was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous at one of the seevice windows.

  This bank has very bad service. Today they left me waiting exactly 45 minutes in the drive-thru, and I had to get out to ask what was going on. Terrible service. They need to work on improving it.

  This bank has very poor customer service. I arrive at the drive-thru and send my deposits, and they don’t even greet me or say something like “good morning” or “we’ll be with you shortly.” Then they send my change and receipt's back without even saying thank you or something else. They should provide better training for their employees. I have heard other people complain about their attitude as well. Every time I come, I hope the service will be better, but it never is. I hope something is done about this. I would also like to clarify that this started happening after Angel and Patricia no longer worked there.
