  First Savings Bank on Doniphan has consistently provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Everyone at the branch is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. No matter the reason for my visit, I am greeted with a smile and treated with genuine care and respect. While this review is truly a shoutout to the entire team, I would be remiss if I didn't specifically mention Megan. She is absolutely amazing—always positive, incredibly helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customers are taken care of. Her dedication and customer-focused approach are a perfect reflection of the culture at this branch. It's rare to find a bank where the staff genuinely cares about their customers, but that is exactly what you will find here. I highly recommend First Savings Bank to anyone looking for a bank with outstanding customer service and a team that truly puts people first.
