  Best Bank in El Paso, hands down. Denise and the rest of the staff at the Mesa location are incredible! This horrible city of El Paso is lucky to have them.

  The drive thru ATM machines are always down and that's a hassle when I am trying to take money out of my bank account!!

  I am not a member of this institution but I do use the ATM because I have CASHAPP as my direct deposit and they have First Savings as a place for free ATM withdrawals. Jan 8, 2025 I used the ATM and the machine kept 200.00. It seems like my funds got stuck and the money did not come out. It did take from my CASHAPP so here I am left without 200.00. I called First Savings right away Thursday morning and spoke to Denise. She said she would check the ATM to see if it’s over 200.00 said she would call me back. I didn’t receive a call back by 2:00 pm so I called her back and then she said maintenance will be done until next week because it was already done that week. I just told her okay I’ll wait for her call but why does it take so long to see if there is extra money in the ATM? Why not check it sooner if you are aware there’s an issue with your ATM? Is it because I’m not a member? Very disappointed because bills are now late because of this error.. First Savings do better.

  My wife and I applied for mortgage loan. Hector Briseno and Manny were incredibly amazing in customer service. Hector answered my emails within minutes. That’s unheard of nowadays. It’s out new business bank. Thanx Hector for a job well done
