I have been banking with PNC, this branch in particular, for many years. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful and more like friendly neighbors (who still know how to take care of business) than simply impersonal tellers. They are always straightforward and friendly, and usually my transactions are completely quickly. Any time I have had an issue or needed something resolved, they omade sure my questions or issues were resolved or explained, and showed me great courtesy. I have both a checking and savings account. All the staff are great. A special commendation for Yolinda! She is patient and helpful and thorough. I hope to continue banking with PNC, and especially this branch, for many years to come. I highly recommend!

I love how there is someone to open the door for me. The tellers are sweet and fast. Senaida V., our personal banker, is the absolute best! She is very professional, kind and helpful and keeps me updated with everything new!

I visited this location to open a new bank account and was disappointed in my experience with Senaida Valdez. Rather than taking the time to understand what I needed, she brought up disclosures from a previous account that had no bearing on my request, and quickly told me she couldn’t help, without making any real effort to find a solution. I then went to another PNC branch (off Camp Wisdom), where a representative (Emmanuel) opened my new account within minutes, with genuine warmth and professionalism. No extra steps were needed, just a willingness to help. While Senaida was polite in tone, the lack of effort was disappointing and concerning to me and it left me questioning whether I was given a fair opportunity. I’d encourage this location to look into how customer needs are being assessed, since this may not be an isolated experience. It
