  I visited this location to open a new bank account and was disappointed in my experience with Senaida Valdez. Rather than taking the time to understand what I needed, she brought up disclosures from a previous account that had no bearing on my request, and quickly told me she couldn’t help, without making any real effort to find a solution. I then went to another PNC branch (off Camp Wisdom), where a representative (Emmanuel) opened my new account within minutes, with genuine warmth and professionalism. No extra steps were needed, just a willingness to help. While Senaida was polite in tone, the lack of effort was disappointing and concerning to me and it left me questioning whether I was given a fair opportunity. I’d encourage this location to look into how customer needs are being assessed, since this may not be an isolated experience. It

  I came to the new location on camp wisdom. Emmanuel, Kamione, Yulissa and Gloria were friendly, helpful and nice. They welcomed me in with smiles. Thanks I look forward to the same service 24/7.

  Hi I just want to say thank you to Senaida Valdez she was great she helped me when everyone else supposedly said they had helped me when in fact they didn’t I greatly appreciate her going out of her way! Kudos to her for her great work ethics
