  I'm a banking customer with an affiliate bank in the Las Vegas area of Nevada and I needed to close my CD and get the funds deposited into my checking account. I went in to this branch on a Saturday and spoke with Kathy Cruz who was exceptionally helpful. Even though my home branch bank was closed, Kathy took my information and contacted my branch on Monday to expedite the transaction. I got a call from my branch on Monday morning to confirm that I wanted to close the CD and transfer the funds to checking. This was pretty effortless thanks to Kathy and her friendly professionalism. I was just passing through and she treated me like a valued customer.

  Bad Customer service!!!! Went in to see what they would say if I wanted to cancel my account and they did nothing to try to save my account.So I wasn't going to cancel untill they showed me how much they really cared about there customers. Cancel my account and I'm going back to my credit union!!!
