- FDFats DolloApr 6, 20261.0Worst customer service ever at this location the lobby is full they have 2 tellers working and a banker behind them that refuse to help why is she behind the teller desk if your not going to extend a hand , also people are driving no off in the drive thru. PNC should’ve hired a banker that can do it all and assist when the branch needs it! And she getting smart with the customers because were frustrated. This is my first time hear and my last please avoid this location by any means.

He said well I can have it reversed and applied in 24 hours. 72 hours later it was still not done. Drove back and requested they just cash advance the positive balance and apply it. That was done but later I see my credit card has a $1900 charge two weeks later. I call the dumd a$ customer ser vice and they drill me on verifying my identity all to sy that she cannot see the account after receiveing my account # and SSN# and last 2 deposits. I call the bank this occurred because they would remeber what happened since this has been 3 weeks of retardation. More idiotic events to even type. I'm done with this bank.
