- LALouis AguinagaAug 24, 20261.0I spent one hour on Saturday after I requested a payoff quote for my home and was told that I would get the fax in 10 minutes. After being there for one hour waiting with no updates until I initiated the conversation I was told they were still waiting on it. At no time did the banker ever follow up with whomever they made contact with and just had me sit there. I was then asked to give my number and they would call me Monday morning. I did not get a call. I had to call. Now I am being told they can give me the number to request the letter myself. If that was the case then I spent one hour on a Saturday trying to pay off a home and made felt like it was not important. This is not the way to treat people and that is poor customer service. I was very respectful and as much as I hate writing this review I am extremely disappointed in the service here at the Desoto Location.

Because Kim floats around to all the branches for business accounts. I really don’t appreciate my time or gas being wasted by what could have been a simple phone call. I never received a phone call or voicemail to reschedule my 2pm with Kim. As a company that does business that was not okay. I will take this as a sign to take my business elsewhere.
- FDFats DolloApr 6, 20261.0Worst customer service ever at this location the lobby is full they have 2 tellers working and a banker behind them that refuse to help why is she behind the teller desk if your not going to extend a hand , also people are driving no off in the drive thru. PNC should’ve hired a banker that can do it all and assist when the branch needs it! And she getting smart with the customers because were frustrated. This is my first time hear and my last please avoid this location by any means.
