I was feeling defeated because I had fallen behind on my vehicle payment and didn't know what else to do after having been told by another representative at CUTX that there was nothing she could do for me. But not Mr. Esquivel! He stopped what he was doing, invited me into his office, listened intently to what I said, and began making phone calls. Next thing you know, my problem was resolved. And my day got brighter. All because he cared. Thank you, Ruben. Blessings!
