- DDDonna DaleDec 15, 20255.0I was skeptical when I learned my bank was being merged to South State Bank. I did my research, and am very happy to share. The merge was made painless. All the staff in house are awesome. You're greeted when you walk in the door. Everyone listens to you and gives the great customer service, like the good old days! 😊 I had to call the home office once and received the great customer service. I recommend everyone who still likes brick and motor, real people service, to switch to SoutState Bank. Kudos
