This bank location is so unprofessional, and the corporate office follows closely behind! First of all, the bank wouldn't open a Trust account based on the way my name was on the Trust (Jr) vs on my identification (3rd) so since they like to play Attorney at Law I had to get my actual Attorney, who actually went to law school, and not a free service to write a letter of affidavit saying I am actually the personal representative. Then I made an appointment for 11:45am today (Monday) last Friday when I spoke to Sabrina who ASSURED me that my appointment time would be open. I arrived at 11:45 and she was already with someone. Then the other banker Luis said that her appointment was taking "longer than expected" but assured me she would transfer those customers to another banker which also didn'thappen. It wasn't until 12:20pm that Amanda, presumably the bank manager, addressed me and what I was told would be a 10 minute process is now running well past an hour....guess I will have lunch tomorrow. Ultimately to this date they have never provided me the name or department who made the initial decision to deny my trust. There is no accountability or transparency. Only empty acts of sympathy of a loved one lost. Well I go to Mass for my soul and to the bank for money so save your apologies and stay in your lane.

Drive through always takes way to long talking about 10 minutes plus to attend also the tellers always with bad attitudes over all poor customer service
