- AGAntonio GranjenoSep 14, 20262.0If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’m active duty military and don’t appreciate my family being discriminated against while I’m away. The teller decided that a brown man isn’t capable of depositing money that’s accumulates to $35,000 legally. They took it upon themselves to call the transactions fraudulent. So now my father hasn’t been able to access over a month’s pay due to this teller’s discrimination. He works very hard and does not deserve this kind of treatment, no one does.

This is highly illegal, and I have all the reason to believe that it is due to his appearance. It is clean money from a US resident. Shame on you, PNC. This is NOT how you treat military family. EDIT: PNC, it is incredibly unprofessional to not address my review, and to only TRULY respond to reviews when the rating is high. Your response further proves that this bank should not be assisting military families, or any family. I hope PNC higher ups take customers seriously and look into the unprofessionalism this particular store has.
