  Edith Ramos she’s amazing as for her when you’re walking to the door she really helped me understand a lot of Credit issues that I was having and got straight to the point and I came there to get a replacement debit card but everything with excellent

  Where do I start with the most extraordinary experience. I am so grateful to have someone who cares about the way I feel once I enter their establishment. I was greeted at the door by Marielva with a welcoming spirt. She gave me all the time and respect to ask any question or to change anything about my banking. I was able to set up my account and able to make a deposit . She even called support to help me with my app in the midst of her doing that it started pouring down raining the service was slow, phone calls were dropping.When I say she did not stop helping me not once. By this time it’s around 5:06 pm if your reading this you know he bank closes at 5 the Manager walks in and greets me and continues on with her business didn’t say hey you know the bank is closed or anything this is the service you deserve I choose better banking with PNC thank you all For the Greatest customer service to a woman of color.

  I had awhole issue cashing/depositing my refund and I went here and they was super nice and assisted me on my issue with no problems ❤️ I was able to open a account and left satisfied

  I see why the ratings are low at this bank and they never have customers they treat you like a crook. I received a $18 dollar check from Transunion for a breach and you would have thought I was trying to cash a $18,000 dollar check. I'm only here because the check is through PNC BANK clearly! I would never , ever recommend banking with them!!!! Wasted my time to not cash the check like I'm trying to scam them out of $18 how annoying..Cassandra was very rude and I felt targeted like I was trying to cash a fraudulent check the people that sent me the check literally bank with them how absurd.. And then she stated you have to endorse the back of the check to cash it as if I haven't been a part of the workforce for over 30 plus years.
