  Worst bank ever I should not have to wait 1-3 business days for my deposit or direct deposit.My bills are being paid late because of their banking practices and we all know what that means,it goes against my credit score.If I get paid Friday I don't get my deposit until Monday or Tuesday or possibly Wednesday .When my deposit does hit.I will be banking with some one else.

  I went in to cash a check and then I decided to deposit it I asked the teller if he knew how much my spending amount would be after I deposit this check and he told me about $100 and so I deposit the check and I make a $15.00 purchase my account is at zero he lied it's called misrepresentation

  If I could give 0 stars I would! I walked in and immediately felt uncomfortable. I came in to update the account I currently have due to limit on debit and atm purchase amount. They were no help! 3 Asian workers treated me as if I don’t need to have an account with Pnc. I simply described the issue I just briefly stated and they offered everything but to help told me the limit shouldn’t matter I should still be able to pay my rent without a decline when I stated my rent was declined be has of my limit. I offered to go to another location and they welcomed me out the door

  Thank you Michael! Swung by the bank today to deposit and withdraw and Michael was very kind, helpful, and fast. One of the nicest people I’ve met at any bank. Thank you!
