  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this bank, and I especially want to recognize Adriana for her outstanding help and customer service. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional while helping me with my dad’s account. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers, but Adriana went above and beyond. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a huge difference. Thank you, Adriana, for all your help! You are a true asset to the bank, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  My experience PNC Bank was amazing she was so helpful and and help us with setting up our account and all the information that we we need it Edith enjoy our time there and definitely will come back thanks again felt like family.

  Everyone is very helpful and friendly since you walk in making you feel right at home. Ask for Edith and she will go above and beyond! Explaining everything and giving you different opinions to solve your questions/requests. When other branches don’t want to work with you, these people will.

  If you're looking for a bank in the Casa Linda area, don't overlook the small, PNC bank across the street from the White Rock Hospital. I have accounts at the Chase Bank and Wells Fargo and this PNC is by far the better bank. Edith Ramos and Adriana Davis will go out of their way to solve problems and find the best rates on CDs and money market accounts. Edith is a pleasure to work with and makes it clear on how your accounts and money is working for you and follows through on setting them up. Adrianna (Branch Manager) has been with PNC long enough to be a creative problem solver without having to call headquarters to find the best rates. I'm closing everything at Wells Fargo and moving that cash to PNC and look out Chase.

  Edith helped me open a checking account with PNC and she was very helpful! She explained the whole process and made it easy to understand. I would recommend this specific PNC branch to anyone living in the East Dallas area
