- WHWynisha HardinMay 8, 20261.0I’ve only had this account for 3 days and so far this has been the worst bank I’ve ever had and the customer service is awful. The frown their nose up at you if you look a certain way. All I wanted to do was deposit cash into the account before the card comes.

HMMMMM, when are tellers allowed to have their phone at the counter when you are dealing with peoples personal data. He was texting and told me to hold on. I said, "Excuse me." She said ", oh I'm just texting my friend. Give me a minute." She said it like as if it was, by the way. I said, "Excused in the context like are you serious. Then, she got the late memo and waved her hand in an unprofessional manner to help me. I just left. Just a typical lazy employee who is on the phone while the company is paying her.
