  First of all I would like to thank PNC for their amazing customer service and hospitality! I also , want to give a special shout out to Cedric Rider here at the Victory Park location. I visited the branch with concerns regarding my account and Cedric was able to deliver great customer service and resolve all of my issues and also get me the correct documents to get my direct deposit established. Thanks again Cedric and PNC for the amazing customer service. I will be back!

  I don't know why people are saying the ATM isn't 24 hours. It is. You just have to scan your card in the reader at the front door and you can get inside the building. Pretty simple. Yeah the lot is small, but for quick stuff, just park in the open lot next door. It's for American Airlines Arena event parking, so they're not looking for you being parked there for 5 minutes on an off day.

  Coming here and seeing a 3.4 score for a bank shows the lack of care here! I’ve never had a business bank account with so many unnecessary restrictions that make it difficult to conduct business. I’ve come to this branch on multiple occasions and have been helped by two different employees with obtaining convenience checks without any issues. Now suddenly I’m being told there’s a policy preventing me from doing the exact same thing. If that’s truly the policy, why was I assisted multiple times before? The inconsistency is frustrating. This is my business account and my money, yet every visit seems to come with a different answer depending on who’s working. To make matters worse, this is probably the slowest PNC branch downtown. Between the long wait times and constantly changing answers, every visit feels like a hassle. Business owners need consistency and efficiency, and unfortunately this branch has provided neither.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I recently visited this PNC Bank branch after losing my debit card and noticing an unauthorized charge on my account. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They quickly assisted me with addressing the unauthorized transaction and were able to print me a new debit card during my visit, which saved me a lot of time and inconvenience. The process was fast, efficient, and stress-free. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the excellent customer service. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is always room for improvement, but I would definitely return to this branch for future banking needs.
