- KGKaitlyn Gonzales4 days ago2.0Went in for a replacement card because I left mine in the machine where I make my cash deposits. Was faced with questions about my transaction history, and where else I keep MY money. Felt very personal after awhile, and now me and my husband have a meeting after he’s been at work all morning with the bank that they set up without me wanting one? I just wanted a card. & if there’s a fee for my savings account just charge it. No need to get into other details when I’m just trying to get in and out. I also told them multiple times I did not feel well today.. yet the questions kept coming. The conversation started by me stating I dropped my son off at school.. then was met by “you look young to have a teenage son.. you look like you’re 21 maybe” I explained that I was 31 and was met by looks afterwards. It felt inappropriate.

I also , want to give a special shout out to Cedric Rider here at the Victory Park location. I visited the branch with concerns regarding my account and Cedric was able to deliver great customer service and resolve all of my issues and also get me the correct documents to get my direct deposit established. Thanks again Cedric and PNC for the amazing customer service. I will be back!
