Terrible customer service, Bank Tellers Gloria and Emmanuel was profiling, and rush me out the bank. They were being lazy and not answering my questions they were just being rude

I went in to get my debit card deactivated and get a new card, because the number was compromised . The guy that helped me issued me a new card and never deactivated the old one. So now I have two open debit cards on my account. Wow. I guess the joke was on me, huh?
