- TMThomas MatterAug 12, 20261.0CUTX used to have pretty good customer service albeit with some longer wait times. Apparently as of this week, they have gone to an all Artificial Intelligence AI customer service solution and only schedule phone appointments for SOME cases. For other cases you have to set an appointment at a physical branch. So when CUTX double drafts your external account, you cannot get a human on the phone. You can however, schedule an in branch appointment. Not convenient but doable....if you live in DFW. If you don't, you apparently have no options per their fraud line which is the only way to get a human. So, if you need to get a human at CUTX just tell AI it's fraud and you'll get a human. tl;dr CUTX drafted an extra $4500 from an external account of mine and the ONLY way I can talk to a human about it is driving 5 hours to my nearest branch.
- JJJABJul 28, 20261.0I am a 25 year member of this credit union and I can confirm that the services have declined so much that members are being forced to leave just for basic customer service. The Ross Ave location is the worst. It takes 2-3 trips to get anything done. I just made two trips in one day to get a document notarized, and still ended up going to the Prince George location. I went in my lunch break and they made me wait for 30 minutes before telling me that the manager was at lunch and she was the only Notary there!😡
