- MMMIRNA MONTEJANO1 day ago1.0Terrible customer service. If you call support, you’re met with AI Sam. I scheduled an appointment and spoke to someone the following day. I requested a supervisor and the agent told me I’d get a call back by the end of the day. That did not happen. My next step is to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I’ve dealt with Jae a few times and each time , he was NOT robotic, he actually cared about helping me through each issue as personally but yet professionally! I am super happy calling this bank my home.Alexandria is one of the teller I usually use and she is beyond helpful. Top notch service at this bank . 110% recommend CUTX
- TMTouch Chao MorenoMay 4, 20265.0Jae helped us out by taking care of what the other personal banker at the other CUTX location on Hampton and Ledbetter. He canceled my husband's old debit card and reversed the charges that was on my husband's account. My husband had gotten a new card since his other one was compromise and was told to activate in a hour...which he did. Today we went to the Ross location to figure out why he could not activate it....we found out it was linked to my account instead of his. Jae was very professional and extremely helpful in resolving this whole big mess that started last Thursday.
