I had tried another location in Katy and they were not very kind to me. They didn’t seem to understand the gravity of the situation and what all was going on. When I came here, Chandrika(sp) literally helped me with everything and was SO KIND AND SOOOO UNDERSTANDING. The compassion she had when dealing with me meant everything. I can’t even put it into words. Having to deal with this stuff after losing someone so important to me was awful and being able to have someone just be so understanding was beyond words can ever say. I’ve gone to this branch for 6+ years now and it’s the best, every time I come in they all remember me and my family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
