    The miramesa branch I opened my account with has great and attentive customer service( my rating has nothing to do with the service we have been given), I’m giving a 2 star rating solely based on the app. The only complaint I have is that I can’t access the banking app on my phone so I can monitor my account. I have a joint account with my wife and the app allows her to log into the app to monitor our accounts. I am the sole provider of income for our household and for some reason I am not allowed to monitor my own finances. The app has become an inconvenience simply because when I want to see my balance I have to called my wife. The banking app works perfectly fine for my wife on her phone but for some reason not on mine. I have a iPhone 15 pro max and my wife has a iPhone 14, both phones are up to date with iOS software and also are running the exact same TDECU version. When I open the TDECU app on my phone I am given the loading screen and it never opens to the next page, the longest I have waited without any change was 23 minutes before loosing my patience. I work during the hours most branches are open so I can’t get the free time to go into any branches during normal business hours to try to find out what the problem is. I attempted to send my wife to a branch just to get a updated card with tap(we have a joint account with both of our names on the account) she was told I would have to come into a branch myself for a new card to be printed out. This issue makes us begin to wonder why we should continue having our account.

    I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the help I received from Mistica Sanchez Gonzalez at the Cypress Branch. I was in a difficult spot with a transaction right before the weekend. Mistica stepped in immediately, even though the branch was close to ending its business day. She didn’t just resolve the technical side of my issue; she took the stress out of the situation entirely. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and promptness. Thank you, Mistica, for your incredible support and dedication!

    Chandrika Smith is amazing. The ATM ate my money from my deposit and she made sure it got resolved and kept me updated regularly!!

    Hate to do this but... now I don't care because you obviously don't! My checking account was compromised and I received absolutely no fraud alerts regarding transactions in other countries like Dubai, Brazil.. I went to this location and was basically told that they "can issue a new debit card, however I wouldn't use it nor would I pay my bills from your checking account..." how else am I supposed to pay? I submitted the fraud forms and still no response, I submitted a secure message though the app, nothing.. I guess I need to find a new credit union since no one cares. I see why your ratings suck at this location.
