  Sophia V. consistently provides the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. She greets me by name and asks questions that infer she remembers me from previous visits. I’ve only been inside of the branch 5 times in the past 4 years and she consistently acknowledges me and connects on a deeply personal level that makes me feel like I’m catching up with an old friend. Her memory and professionalism is out of this world.

  Absolutely THE most abysmal credit union on the planet. I had my account hacked and watched as 12 transactions in short order happened to the tune of 1200 for each one. I called a customer service representative and asked them to decline those transactions… the representative said they couldn’t. They did not have the capability of stopping those transactions. I was out almost two weeks of almost 14k. Also try calling their customer service, kn average there are 15 people in the queue before you. They’ll ask if you want a call back when a resource is available but they never do.

  @tdecuyourcreditunion count your days! I have my card locked for protection and it's literally working against me as your system is down to allow me to unlock my cards. Now I can't pay for anything, I can't even Zelle anyone! This is so embarrassing. I was in Mexico and literally had to ask other people to borrow money because of your incoherent of a system! I'm pissed and I have to get a new card because yall don't know when the system will be fixed! It's been 5 days of inconvenience 😡

  Sophia is the GOAT. Her customer service is second to none. Customer service Knowledge is outstanding knowing my name and account information when I walked in the door . She’s the best. Survey completed because customer Lonnie Paul did not have the app so that’s why I had my son do it for me

  Misty has exceptional customer service skills, her professional work ethics are definitely noticeable as she took care of both my wife’s and my banking needs. I recently moved to the Houston community and needed to open a business account, having potential refinancing opportunities and getting banking card issues resolved, which she resolved all in one sitting. Completely satisfied with a radiant smile and positive atmosphere, I am excited to be part of not only this outstanding banking institution but of the Houston community also.
