  This is NOT a bank but a “solutions center”. Spent over 45 minutes trying to set up a 13 month CD for my daughter only to find out they don’t accept cash or checks for the initial deposit. They were only willing to set it up if she opened a checking account to which I told the guy at the beginning she already had a checking account elsewhere. Complete waste of time and PNC needs to be more upfront about what kind of place this is….

  This is no longer a Bank. It is now a PNC "Solutions Center". You cannot withdraw money (other than the ATM) and all other concerns are directed to a nearby branch. About the only thing they do here is open new accounts. Signs all still just say "PNC Bank" which is very confusing.
