They are Always helpful cause I never have my account number. I just send my Id or debit card and they definitely get me all setup with what I need. Only thing that I've seen wrong and on many occasions, is the ATM is broken a lot.

Can expect a 15 minute wait in line with only 1 person ahead of you. When it comes to paysource they often shut the system down 30 minutes before close and in 2016 the system was down for almost 2 months without caring about getting it fixed even if it effected customer's paychecks. the branch on spid is a much better choice...those people at least act like they care about doing their job. wish i could give 0 stars
