  This bank is phenomonal!!!! They are all very dedicated to their customers and theyre precious investments. From the teller Byron who is so professional and gives the utmost attention to listen to his customers. Cindy who is seemingly 3 places at once balancing all the multiple task a bank requires to run smoothly. Then back over to my money guy Jacob whose expansive knowledge is key in all my money endeavors. With the cherry on top or yet an even better metaphor would be the finely detailed of a sentimental and meticulously wrapped gift for a loved one.. One with tight and uniform folds. With unmatched precision in its crisp edges and tape placement. YESSS!!!... She is the oversized gold shimmering & final touch that you first greets you and sets the level of how important the gift is youre receiving. Direct reflection of just how important the contents in this gift is. Something our family relies on andnwe works so hard for, our hard earned families money. She is aware of all of her customers needs and so deeply invested in the wellness of each customer that walks through the door. Whether a million dollar account, or a 100 dollar account. They both receive the same attenitive, warm smiling, professionalism a higher up youd desire , as if it were you choosing a manager of your sweet ol loving and innocent Grandmothers lifes keepsakes. and savings. Augustinas ability to address all concerns with light hearted relaxed demeanor that invokes feelings of trust and comfort a bestfriend would provide. She balances that with an impossible to believe could be achieved versatility to possess quality and ability most will never see in all your banking years we spend in our lives. A counter attribute that is a very welcomed opposite end of the spectrum. An expertise in inutitive vision that one should possess always but almost never is.That much needed fierce and cunning yet stearn, alpha like, leadership quality of determination and tenacity. One she gives to all her customers. The non negotiable requirement to definitively finish to comlpletion, the desires, request, and needs in all aspects of ones American life. A relentless and sometimes overwhelming task of navigating the worlds complicated banking routes to the destination of fullfilling an out of the ordinary over the top recipe of products, choices that could wreck or enhance our familys lives. With every detail, no matter how big or small or even that request most would see as insignificant she somehow is the mechelin star chef who can almost effortlessly balance all of these request. Leaving you with an internal feeling of "Im Valued"and a amazing release of anxiousness and nerves. When you finally get to breathe that breath of relief. That finally yes finally... "Everything is going to be ok" And still ready to attack the next set problems ,what she sees as her families needs. Every single time you enter her bank this is what she delivers. You might enter thinking its her bank, but she envokes a feeling of when you left. You just left your familys childhood home. The obe you love and your dear Mother still resides in.   Busy during lunchtime, but staff was able to get to me at a reasonable time considering the amount of customers inside and in the drive-way. Should have more than one person manning the front during peak hours though. The gentleman teller was stressing! And I can't blame him, with about 3 customers to attend to basically alone and probably another 4-5 waiting in line when counting both inside and drive-in. Manager should have stepped in to help more.

  My husband called this branch today to ask for some assistance with an issue in our account. The lady that he spoke with started off the conversation incredibly rude and unwilling to listen or help. When he asked to speak to a manager, the lady he was speaking to claimed to be one- though I hope this isn't the case. As the conversation escalated the "manager" proceeded to raise her voice at my husband. I have never witnessed service this poor in my life- especially from someone that claimed to be a manager. Nobody deserves to be treated or spoken to the way we were. BBVA needs to do something about this branch.

  Drive to another branch!!!! Just this morning, I deposited $300 CASH in the atm. ALONE. SECURELY AND SAFELY. I then stopped, properly parked, in a parking space facing the street, just to double check my account before driving off. IT WAS 13 MINUTES UNTIL THEY OPENED. Some Yahoo pulls up next to me, HONKS, and motions that I roll my window down - mind you I was locked in my car, Windows up, because SAFETY. But, I complied - ONLY TO BE TOLD I COULDN'T PARK THERE FOR SAFETY REASONS!! WHAT ?!?!?!? ARE YOU SERIOUS???? a bank customer, who had just used the atm, and MIGHT need to go inside to a branch that opens in 13 minutes can't be there a little early???? Get a grip america!!! If it's safe enough for me to put my cash IN to the atm, it's safe enough for me NOT to be DRIVING to check my account online before I pull away (since their shady atm never printed my receipt thank you). I've done business with BBVA for several years and will continue to do so, close to home, not near my job, because the branch in Conroe fails to realize customer service starts in the PARKING LOT and a single old lady by herself should NOT be run off for arriving too early! Good day to you!
