- BKB K1 day ago1.0Took me forever to speak to a representative on the phone so I had to call off at work. Conversations with their representatives will take almost two hours.
- DHDarin HigginsApr 30, 20261.0Been banking here for years, and before them, with Compass. No issues. About a month back, I took a fairly large amount of cash in to deposit. Normally, the teller has always counted cash right at the window, but this time, she took it to the back. And this time, she tells me the amount I gave her is 1000$ less than I'd brought in. I protested, raised the issue with management and then corporate, and they tell me there was no issue, the teller counted correct. Will be changing banks as I no longer trust them. And I'll never allow a teller to take a large amount of cash out of my sight without them counting it first in front of me.

The only thing he said was if it was not your purchase we will return your money. Michael never took the time to hear that my debit card was locked until I could get clarity. As it relates to customers being secure in the institute holding its money you have failed at it this morning.
