  My friend arrived there at 12:40pm to help her mother open an account there and they told her she would be seen then 1:10 comes around and they walk around telling g everyone that the bank was closing and couldnt help anymore customers. My friend said they were rude and very disrespectful and even one teller threw her hands up and walked away. This bank ia trash abs i wouldnt use them if they were the last bank on earth.

  I never rate or give stars on Google and if I could give 0 stars I would. They lost 3 customers today due to unprofessional and disrespectful employees there. I will be going in person and talking to the branch manager as soon as possible. I'd bank anywhere else but not here.

  This is the best bank in Cleburne, the people a very friendly and eager to help you in anything you need. It has a hometown bank feel to it. Ill never go to another bank!

  Bank statement showed a $2000 cash withdrawal that wasn't done by either me or my wife. I contacted the bank upon receipt of the statement and was told that they would look into it. Three weeks later Branch manager Melissa Keeling has only excuses and the bank still has our money. She also refused to let me speak with area manager Tashara Banks.
