  Outstanding Experience – Personal & Business Banking Done Right I had a great experience with Bank OZK in Cedar Park. Opening my personal bank account online was fast, simple, and painless, which set the tone right from the start. What really stood out, though, was the in-branch experience for my business account. I worked directly with John Pankiraj, and the process was incredibly smooth. He took the time to understand my business structure, reviewed everything thoroughly, and got my business account set up efficiently with zero friction. It was refreshing to have a true one-on-one banker relationship — something that’s largely been lost with big national banks. No endless back-and-forth, no unnecessary roadblocks, just clear communication and competent execution.
