The account is for a non profit and they have asked questions about security, savings, and other options for the account. HOWEVER, the online system is the worst of all the banks I deal with, currently of the 7 I deal with, this is horrible. Can't log in by text, won't let me select options, calls for service about online go unanswered after transfer. Add to that the 50 50 chance of getting kicked out of the account when making a selection to another menu online. Nice people but your technology sucks!!
