Isaac (I believe he was the Branch Manager) was very kind and professional and connected me with Rene Morales for assistance. Rene was extremely professional, helpful, and patient with me. Banking isn’t my forte, but he broke everything down in a way that made it easy to understand and actually made learning about banking enjoyable.
- SSSam SmithJul 18, 20221.0Used to enjoy banking here when it was BBVA, absolutely a trash bank now. Lu or Lou however you spell it is the rudest “manager” I have ever met. Super unprofessional, when I go through the drive through I don’t want to be sold on a credit card, I mean cmon! I just want my deposit done quickly and efficiently. The young man at the teller window was very nice. I will be moving my funds thanks to this piece of trash manager. Frost here I come!
