One of their tellers, Jess, has been consistently unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful. She’s grumpy and incompetent. My husband and I welcome the opportunity to speak with the branch manager.
- TMThe best review Dr House MDJan 15, 20261.0Went today asking to get a cashiers check was told it would be a 10 dollar fee I than told the teller me and my wife have nurmous accounts with the bank still no luck was told to go to Walmart and get a money order thay can help me really what kind treatment towards me as a 16 year costumer was that I went off told the whole bank I will never be treated like that again so told wife were pulling our money and changing banks there is no excuse for lack of care towards costumer in my case will never do business there again it's so funny I got approved for the max credit card two months ago wow what a flip sided bank so were going to a credit union were hopefully the treatment is better God bless who read this would not recommend this rude and hateful treatment good day and good buy pnc bank !!!!!!!!!!!!
