That tells me if I am a member I'd never get a person on the phone if I need something . So no thank you if a bank can't answer calls what else will they not care to do for you

The service is horrible they don’t keep appointments that they made and won’t answer phone calls. I have yet to use my account and have had it a month.Under the bed with the door unlocked is probably safer !
