  I had moved back to Texas a few months ago after being away for a few years. I already had a PNC account and I was happy to see there are a few PNC branches in between Temple and Killeen. I have visited the branches in all three cities and always receive great service, but the Belton branch is extra special and that is due to Kelsey Bitner and Dana Rojas. They are not only Customer Service pros but they have very high attention to detail. This is my favorite branch as they both make you feel like your banking needs matter and do whatever they can to assist you. I always leave this branch in a good mood due to the superior service I receive from both Kelsey and Dana.

  Was looking to open an account with pnc in Belton, but sadly I've called three times and the phone just rings no one answers . That tells me if I am a member I'd never get a person on the phone if I need something . So no thank you if a bank can't answer calls what else will they not care to do for you

  They lack any customer service and will have you standing in line either inside or in the drive thru. The ATM they have doesn’t work half the time and always has an issue, and that’s the only ATM you can find in Belton all the others are in Temple and Killeen.

  Very nice people. Free notary, even for someone who doesn't have an account with them.I'm Very thankful for their kindness and quickness.

  Just opened an account and everything so far is great. Convenient atms even in H-E-B and Roxy has helped with any issues I had and Chuck was very helpful with our first deposit.
