- TJTodd JohnsonAug 24, 20265.0I had moved back to Texas a few months ago after being away for a few years. I already had a PNC account and I was happy to see there are a few PNC branches in between Temple and Killeen. I have visited the branches in all three cities and always receive great service, but the Belton branch is extra special and that is due to Kelsey Bitner and Dana Rojas. They are not only Customer Service pros but they have very high attention to detail. This is my favorite branch as they both make you feel like your banking needs matter and do whatever they can to assist you. I always leave this branch in a good mood due to the superior service I receive from both Kelsey and Dana.

That tells me if I am a member I'd never get a person on the phone if I need something . So no thank you if a bank can't answer calls what else will they not care to do for you

The service is horrible they don’t keep appointments that they made and won’t answer phone calls. I have yet to use my account and have had it a month.Under the bed with the door unlocked is probably safer !
