- PFphoebe fryJul 3, 20261.0My experience with this bank has been consistently unacceptable. Nearly every legitimate transaction I attempt is flagged as fraudulent, resulting in my purchases being declined and my money transfers being blocked—even for amounts as small as $10. I have contacted customer service on four separate occasions regarding this ongoing issue. Despite repeated assurances that it had been resolved, the problem continues to occur. On one occasion, the “fix” only worked for a single transaction before the exact same issue returned. I have even been left without access to my own funds over an entire weekend because of these repeated failures. A financial institution should provide customers with reliable access to their own money—not create constant obstacles that require multiple phone calls and days of waiting to complete basic transactions. It is unacceptable to repeatedly inconvenience customers due to a problem that has clearly not been permanently addressed. I chose this bank expecting dependable service. Instead, I have experienced repeated disruptions, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. After four unsuccessful attempts to have this issue permanently resolved, I have completely lost confidence in this institution’s ability to provide the reliable banking services its customers deserve.
