  Honestly the people at the bank that I spoke with were fine didn't have a problem with them the bank itself I only had for two weeks and within those two weeks Everytime I got a payment through Zelle they would block it and not let me use it tried to get it fixed a couple of times then said to heck with it and then on top of all of that my account got hacked because of this bank, I mean like bad hacked to the point that they were able to go into my account get my information and then my husbands information who doesn't even bank with them and charge his card 128 dollars and I know it was related to this because the transaction was through Kroger in copell and I'm the only one who has used Kroger with the same email that was used for this bank so I had to go in and change everything including updating my email. And if that was not bad enough they took money out of my account which has caused me to acquire a fee because my bill got sent back and when I called PNC they said it would take 10 days to get MY MONEY BACK THAT SOMONE STOLE!! any other bank I know would have been able to give the money back right away so now because of this bank also I have a bill that is going to be more than a week late and I have to pay an extra 30 dollars on top of it because of them, I promise you there are other better banks, the people they hire are good but the bank is so shitty!!!

  This bank has (the niceist asssociates) i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Never any problems! And i have had some financial (doozy's) more than 1# acasion! It helps to think of your self as not being the only one in the world who needs help. So as to expect to wait for your customer service needs to be met. Factor that into anything you do in life, give yourself plenty of time before thinking your going to be in and out as quickly as you blink! And being rude and demmanding dont get you anything in life but conflict and deflection.
