I was told by the first person I reached out to ask about not seeing options to file concerning selling and buying a home. I told someone along the way that a cpa I consulted said I don’t owe any Capital gains on this sale. Hours with a qualified? Agent of yours. I didn’t get that 1099 s but she moved ahead. Hours of searching for receipts to lower that capital gains tax- I could have cried. I then decided I should reach out to my sales agent - she said I DIDN’T GET A 1098-S AS I DID “NOT” owe any. YOU FAILED ME. I will go elsewhere next year after many years with you!☹️☹️☹️
