  I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided at this branch. The overall customer experience has been consistently unprofessional and unwelcoming. One employee, Olga, has repeatedly displayed behavior that I found to be rude, impatient, and unnecessarily loud when interacting with customers. I have also observed what appears to be a lack of courtesy and professionalism when assisting elderly customers and people of color, which is deeply concerning. In addition, every time I visit this branch, I feel overlooked and dismissed. Rather than providing attentive customer service, staff members often appear uninterested in assisting customers and frequently make people feel like an inconvenience. My experience with the Branch Manager, Irving Gamez, was equally disappointing. His lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and apparent disregard for customer concerns reflect negatively on the entire branch. Effective leadership sets the tone for a team, and unfortunately, that standard does not appear to be present here. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this branch to others. Significant improvements in management, customer service standards, and employee professionalism are needed to restore customer confidence and trust.

  The agent I dealt with worked slowly and checked with the back office for almost every detail. The constant back-and-forth made the entire process take much longer than we anticipated. The staff struggles to manage the daily workflow. You see customers waiting around without receiving a simple hello from the team. The branch functions for basic needs, but employees lack the readiness to handle requests efficiently. They eventually complete the task, but you pay for it with your time. Plan for delays and keep your schedule open if you need in-person help here.

  Went in today after being told by April a previous manager that my account was in the clear when I was seeing a deficit. I was assured there was no issue. When the deficit was still there a week later I came back for answers. I was then greeted with the most disrespect and condescending behavior I’ve ever received as a customer of 10+ years from Cristian. Telling me multiple times I was mistaken or didn’t know what I was talking about. When I finally showed him the error I had received from the previous bank manager. He then refused any further assistance claiming that he can’t have any answers for something someone else did. I will be moving my accounts and funds and closing my accounts as soon as possible. I’ve never been treated with such absolute disrespect from this bank before. My 12 year old has better communication and ownership skills than the staff here.

  Terrible bank, I had to wait more than 40 minutes just to make a 2 minute deposit with a check, clerks don't care to ask while they have a customer doing nothing in front of them to see if they can help the rest while they wait for their updates. Is better to drive 6 more minutes to a different location. Never coming back and closing my account on this terrible bank
