I had a great experience working with Jenifer. She was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was taken care of, and made the experience much easier than I expected. Two different occasions I have dealt with Zubair Shariff and have been disappointed both times (Dec 2025 & June 2026). He is very professional, but doesn’t possess follow through. Multiple emails & phone calls and the issue isn’t fully fixed. I’m not sure where the disconnect is happening ?
