- LMLou McMillenAug 6, 20261.0Major issue with this branch. Got a cashier's check from our account to deposit into our account at another bank. PNC teller made multiple mistakes and ended up making the check out to the bank we were depositing into. That mistake caused us to have to return to this PNC branch and have the check reissued. These errors caused us a half day of driving back and forth between banks. Very frustrating!

- VJVictor JackowskyNov 28, 20231.0Don't even bother with this bank, they don't hold enough funds to cash checks, now me and my guys are in Austin for 7 days until check clears. Thanks PnC for costing all of us late fees and getting stuck in this town for 7 days. This is not a bank for the blue collar working man for sure. Oh and they won't help me out write cashiers check so I can deposit it in my bank 3 blocks away. Revised: now they won't cash it for the owner of account either, this is an absolutely absurd experience. And now we're starting to think it's the actual teller
- JRJohn Paul ReichleyJan 1, 20151.0Attempted to make an ATM withdrawal New Year's Eve, received "Unable to process transaction at this time..." message on terminal screen. Received neither currency nor receipt indicating cancellation. The next day, my credit union online statement indicated a pending transaction for the amount of my unprocessed withdrawal, plus ATM fees. My credit union has been advised. For now, I will monitor my account to make sure no fraud has been perpetrated. I will update this review accordingly, based on resolution of this matter
