- LMLou McMillenAug 6, 20261.0Major issue with this branch. Got a cashier's check from our account to deposit into our account at another bank. PNC teller made multiple mistakes and ended up making the check out to the bank we were depositing into. That mistake caused us to have to return to this PNC branch and have the check reissued. These errors caused us a half day of driving back and forth between banks. Very frustrating!

- CJColeman JenningsDec 8, 20165.0Today my father fell down in the parking lot next to BBVA Compass bank on N Lamar next to Austin Vet Care. He was trying to take his dog to the vet but when he opened the door, the dog bolted away and knocked him down. As he lay in the street struggling to get up his dog ran up to the bank and Neil of BBVA Compass. Neil walked the dog back over to the vet and then discovered my dad still laying in the parking lot. Neil stayed with my father and then even drove him to his doctor's office which was around the corner. This was such an unbelievably caring and generous thing to do. Since my parents aren't currently members of the bank, I am going to encourage them to move their money to BBVA Compass bank ASAP. Wow!

And once again the window was not open - nor did there appear to be anyone even in the bank getting ready to open. One of the tellers finally opened at 7:39, and it then took another ten minutes to complete my business while the computers warmed up, etc. While the people here are friendly enough, this is a terrible place to bank.
