- JTJennifer TodaOct 1, 20265.0Had to sit through about an hour of troubleshooting a Zelle issue - mostly waiting on the phone with Zelle. Rene made the process as pleasant and painless as possible. I generally prefer not to need to talk to humans for getting stuff done but if I must, I’d choose this branch experience. All staff seem friendly, with Terry as a clearly a model manager setting the bar high for everyone. Thanks!
