Super pleasant and helpful staff indoors and drive-thru, they often greet me at the door and always remember my name. - AGAndre GApr 23, 20261.0The Pitts! Why would any Texan want to deal with Pittsburgh National Corp is beyond me. So ridiculous you can't payoff your loan at your local branch, how cooked is that!? I got stuck with them because mortgage was sold. I tried to get a payoff on the phone and told they would snail mail it 7-10 days or fax it. NO EMAIL OPTION AVAILABLE! Rep on line told me to go into branch. Walked into Shoal Creek branch Fri spoke to a guy named Renee told me fax would be in by Thurs... A WEEK TO GET A FAXED PAYOFF! I didn't hear anything so I called Thursday and was told Renee is in training for 2-3 hrs. Got a call back from another rep and told my fax was at the bottom of a fax pile. These ppl don't know how to conduct biz charging me per diem interest, extremely incompetent or just trying to charge customers more interest? PNC gives banks a terrible name, find yourself a good credit union! No wonder they have a 2 star Goggle rating.
