- DGDeya GLZSep 25, 20261.0Terrible customer service. I walked into this branch to open a new account. There was only one other customer in the entire bank, being helped by three employees. I politely asked if I could use the restroom because I needed to open an account afterward. Instead of simply answering me, they left me standing there for about three minutes without acknowledging me. When I asked again, I was told, “We’re busy right now.” If this is how a potential new customer is treated before even opening an account, I have absolutely no interest in banking here. I walked out and will take my business somewhere that actually understands basic customer service and courtesy. Very disappointing experience.
