  I LOVE NYLA! Nyla always does an amazing job. Excellent customer service skills, knows my routine and never rushes me. She is one of the few I will wait on to help me. Nyla is just an overall great employee!

  Good afternoon Google! Well I'd like to share a little bit about TDECU in Angleton. Although the building is small, it makes for a more personal visit. In particular a nice young and wonderful lady by the name of Klarissa. She is always lovely and patient with my request. Thank you KLARISSA, your the best. If you not already a head clerk, TDECU management team... make her a boss. And if she is, well give her a raise!!! Thank you once again.

  We have been doing business with TDECU for years, and our recent experience with Branch Manager Klarisa Mclntire reminded us why we continue to trust them. When we purchased a used travel trailer, the dealership was trying to take advantage of us with unfavorable financing. Klarisa stepped in, took the time to review everything, and made sure TDECU was able to provide us with the best rate possible. She went above and beyond to look out for our best interests and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Klarisa's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for her members are truly outstanding. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and highly recommend both her and TDECU to anyone looking for honest, customer-focused financial service. Thank you Klarisa!

  I would like to recognize Elizabeth May for providing truly exceptional customer service. Every interaction I’ve had with Elizabeth has been professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. What stands out most about Elizabeth is her ability to make banking feel simple and stress-free.
