I went back a few months later to do that with Catina who assisted me since the branch manager was not there when I went in the lobby. I got a rejection letter and Catina reapplied and was denied. The branch manager that tried to get me to get card said it would be a snap to get but apparently the manager did not know what she was talking about. I am considering moving to another local bank. PNC was ok at first but went downhill fast after management changes. Not impressed!
