- AAAhmed Altawami4 days ago1.0Terrible service I waited for 20 minutes to get change for $100 just for the lady in the front to try to talk me into being with pnc and once i refused to do it right then and there she handed me my money back and rejected to give me change. This is terrible service, never push anything upon anyone!

They were supposed to close this account when I went in MONTHS ago. I only knew it wasn’t closed cause I got an accidental Zelle which of course they took the service fees for the last couple months when this account was not even meant to be open. YEARS OF FRUSTRATION WITH THIS BANK.
