  I was searching for a certain vehicle and Justin did what he could to find what I wanted. After a week of two of searching, I was ready to give up. In the middle of the night, I woke up and searched again and found the vehicle that I was looking for. I sent the information to Justin to check and see if the vehicle was still available. Justin called the next morning and told me it was still available. He contacted the dealership and made all the arrangements, and I went to pick up my car. Justin was great ro work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for their next car. Thanks Justin 😊

  I called today a Saturday and unfortunately had to speak with Miguel who was an extremely rude to me for asking questions as I am looking to get out of my lease with them because the customer service all together is HORRIBLE he was very rude to me and not helpful at all. I asked to speak to someone else and he said it’s a Saturday who else was I expecting to speak to! Avoid this place all together because they will lie to put you in a car to begin with.

  Josh Jones at Fairlease is the best! He went above and beyond to help find my son his dream truck right before he headed off to college. Josh took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, secured us the best possible rate, and even arranged to have the vehicle delivered — making the whole process effortless during an already busy time. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. Highly recommend Josh and the team at Fairlease to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

  I had a great experience working with Justin McCarroll at FairLease! He made the entire process incredibly easy and straightforward from start to finish. He was responsive, knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. What I appreciated most was how transparent and helpful he was throughout the process. Car shopping can be stressful—especially when you’re trying to make sure the numbers actually make sense—but Justin made everything feel seamless and took the time to find a deal that worked for me. If you’re considering leasing through FairLease, I definitely recommend asking for Justin. Great customer service, excellent communication, and an overall smooth experience. Thank you, Justin!

  ⭐ 1/5 I absolutely do not recommend Fair Lease based on my experience. The entire process was frustrating, unclear, and incredibly unprofessional. The leasing agent I worked with was honestly one of the least communicative people I have ever dealt with. I would respond to her emails or messages and then wait DAYS to receive a response. When I finally did hear back, I still couldn’t get clear answers about the actual terms of the approval. I was told that my application had been approved, then asked for a down payment. After that, I was repeatedly told that I needed “more” of a down payment, but no one would clearly explain exactly how much was required or what the actual terms of the approval were. How are you supposed to make an informed financial decision when you can’t even get basic information about the deal? What made it even worse was that getting an answer to any of these questions could take days. I work in customer service, so I understand that people get busy and responses aren’t always immediate. But communication is one of the most basic parts of doing business, especially when you are dealing with something as significant as financing a vehicle. There is a major difference between being busy and simply failing to communicate with a customer. The entire process felt like a waste of my time. It was poorly communicated, unnecessarily confusing, and left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Fair Lease as a company. I genuinely hope other customers have a better experience than I did, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Fair Lease.
