- MBMike BuntynJun 24, 20263.0Really appreciate the folks at the location that are so willing to help. However, I would not have to visit so often if they would just get rid of the Sam AI system. It often gets stuck in a loop and is never very much help. Replacing people with AI is a good way to drive away customers, especially one like me, that's have been a customer since I was a child with Dallas Teachers' Credit Union 40+ years again.

Avoid at all costs it is not worth the tiny money you save Update: Moe from corporate called me today and expressed his apologies and assured me I could use him as a main point of contact in the future and it is appreciated.
