- JHjimmy henryAug 19, 20263.0I was approved for an auto refinance loan on my truck. Interest rates were attractive, but communication during the process was lagging. Too much delay between email or text responses . Apparently, the credit union doesn't allow for ANYONE else to respond to your inquiries after you make contact with a loan officer. My loan officer was out for 2 or 3 days, so no response from anyone until he returned. I decided to go with another credit union that wasn't so hard to communicate with. I suggest CUTX learn to better utilize their staff.

He has the audacity to call me and tell me I bought a membership WHAT MEMBERSHIP I submitted a claim because I NEVER PURCHASED A MEMBERSHIP. I bought 1 package from this consumer and they’ve been charging me every month since. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF.

According to their AI robots, they no longer accept phone calls.......only prescheduled appointments. What kind of insanity is that?! As a lender is that even legal to not be able to call in and speak to an agen that can assist? Garbage.
