I had my business taxes done by this firm, and when I took my personal taxes elsewhere, another professional found significant errors in the business filings. When I brought this up, the tax preparer refused to help correct them, even though I was never made aware of the mistakes. She said because I signed them, I would have to have my new tax person correct them. Says I never gave her any revenue nmbers to enter. I clearly uploaded, to her company app, all in its own separate folder for my Business Docs and Personal Docs. I think she is just upset that i wanted to get a second opinion from another tax preparer. So now she conveniently logged me out of her company app so I cant pull upnall the emails that went back and forth. I can Not recommend them, as I expected a higher level of care and accountability."
