  Donnie has been a blessing to me and my mother. His expertise regarding the land we were interested in saved us from purchasing the wrong property. He does things in a timely manor, he’s honest, thorough, and filled with knowledge. I highly recommend someone with many years of experience and has a passion for what they do, and that is Donnie!   I am highly satisfied with my choice to use Davis Appraisal Service to do an appraisal report on my home in a FSBO situation. Both me and the potential new owner were present, and Donnie went above and beyond my expectations. He was on time and more than prepared, thorough - leaving no part of the house unseen, and took his time by even educating both me and the potential buyer about the structure in a way that only a highly qualified and knowledgeable appraiser could. He was both friendly and professional, coupled with being prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough making my return business a no brainer. Thanks Donnie!

  Davis Appraisal was absolutely wonderful to work with, they were extremely prompt and thorough. I placed an online inquiry for the appraisal on Christmas Eve, Melissa reached out to me that same night! She definitely went above and beyond. I waited a few days to reach back out because of Christmas, but when I did she was incredibly informative and talked me through all I needed to know. When we got off the phone she immediately contacted the listing agent and had the appraisal scheduled for the next day within a matter of minutes. Davis is MLS registered so you won't even have to coordinate access to the property (major plus, my agent thanked me!). After visiting the house, they had the appraisal sent to me within just a couple of days despite the fact that it feel around New Years' Day. I was very impressed. These guys are on their game, I would definitely recommend using them. Even if you find someone a little bit cheaper out there, you probably won't experience the level of customer service that you would with them. Well done Davis Appraisal!
