My husband passed away last year, and had always handled our tax filing and finances. I was lost and didn’t know what documents I needed to file or what we would need to address in the return. She asked lots of questions to help determine what types of income, investments, and other items we may need to address in the return. She compiled a list of documents and items I would need to bring to file our returns, helped gather information about home sale and new home purchase, rental income from MI, as well as all of our investment and pension income from multiple states. She was kind and very thorough in her work, which made a very stressful situation much more bearable for me. She has the patience of a saint because she helped me upload photos of all of the documents(there were so many), since I am not very good or efficient with technology. She is amazing and I feel like I made a friend during our office visits!
