  I am writing this as a warning. I paid Bryan's firm back in 2023 to help me resolve and catch up on taxes, as they advised they dealt with these type of issues all the time. 3 years later....after signing over 2 POA's to them twice and entrusting them with this matter to the IRS, I am now scrambling to respond to notices and even a threat to take my passport away because they have failed to do anything on my behalf. Mind you I had to spend an entire 2 hours on hold to speak with someone directly to the IRS that did not even have a POA from them on my file! I sent them every notice I received from the IRS directly and was reassured numerous times to not worry, well guess what an additional $500 later, I am now worried and in jeopardy of garnishment. Mind you, I have been calling and emailing them since July 7th, 2026 and have YET to at least get an email or acknowledgement back. This is literally unacceptable. I have 2 small children, my youngest being 3 months old and to have to deal with this when I already have my hands full AND I paid them is a nightmare. Would not recommend. I am now scrambling trying to resolve a very large tax bill that I was told they would assist me with making more manageable. The last communication I sent them ANOTHER notice I received in the mail and got a "don't worry about it" He also told me that since my name started with a W, my emails were sorted to the bottom of his email so that is why I was not getting a response?? So I call and call and leave voicemail and to no avail that doesn't work either. I am glad someone actually got help from this office because this has been a poor experience and I am out of pocket $2000 and counting still trying to get this resolved.

  In 2023, I realized that I was a victim of identity theft, elder abuse and just overall scammers. The kicker was when the IRS in 2023, sent me and my wife a letter stating that our 2020, 2021, and 2022 taxes had been compromised. I had spoken with the IRS about having submitted our 2020 and 2021 taxes. They informed me that it would take 100-600 days for verification. In 2024, the IRS assigned me a tax advocate. Some time after that, I engaged Bryan of Tops Noble Tax Services for assistance. He took ownership of the situation and in 2024, I received a refund for 2020. I received a refund for my 2021 taxes early to mid spring last year. We filed 2022, 2023 and 2024 taxes late last year. Bryan took control, communicated and just overall did a great job in what could have been a bigger nightmare than it was. Thank you Bryan. Thank you very much for everything you have done and we look forward to continuing to work with you in all our tax needs.

  My experience was very good. Mr. Mhoon explained each step and went over the paperwork thoroughly to make sure I understood everything. I will use his tax service again.
