I immediately to the bank for assistance. Trish McGinnis assisted me with closing all my accounts and flagging them so that nothing else could go through. She explained the process in layman's terms and helped to ease my mind. When I left I felt very fortunate to have her as my bank representative. Trish is wonderful!!! If you never need assistance at the Downtown West location, ask for Trish and you won't be sorry!!!! You will leave a very satisfied customer. Thanks again, Trish!!

Met Tyler who introduced us to Leslie Reagan who helped set up separate accounts. Checking and Savings for me.And Checking for my husband. We had our new accounts, debit cards, bank app on our phones and phone number to set up our card pins. All in under an hour. Thank you Leslie and Tyler for all your help.
