- CBChris BApr 13, 20263.0I’ll be honest, I’m sick of this bank and their lacking to confirm to modern day society. The only reason I’m giving them a 3 star is because Ryan Massie is a fantastic rep and a great guy. He has helped get us loans that other banks simply couldn’t do. But, the bank itself is outdated and falling quickly out of the times. I mean, I’m sitting here paying bills (like every month) and I pay every single bill in 2 minutes max. Their online system is a disaster. I can’t give them money even though I’m trying!!! And then I get hit with charges because I’m “late” even though I’ve been trying to pay them. I travel a lot and I don’t hold checks anymore because I literally never ever need checks. Their bank is the only reason I ever need a checkbook. It’s extraordinarily frustrating to try and pay them and then get late fees when I come back into town and go pay them. If they would just keep up to times and update their online system, it would be an amazing bank. Unfortunately, they don’t. And that’s a big issue for me and most everyone in 2026

Of course I had none because I know nothing of these charges. The bank took my money. I have been with them since 2000 and I will be going to a local credit union to protect my money, will tell my story loudly, this was the N Knoxville location.Also I feel like I was stereotyped by the branch manager when I asked about a home improvement loan.I have a credit score of 730 and make plenty of money.She seemed to look down her nose at me. I paid off my house through Home Federal but I feel like they have disrespected me .
