Ms. Amanda has been with the branch for a while and I Love that she knows who I am when I pull up! I tell everyone that this is the best bank to bank with!!
- EVEric VreelandApr 18, 20265.0The whole staff at the 3001 Magnolia Ave branch in Knoxville has always been pleasant, super helpful and welcoming. But branch manager Natalie Conley recently went above and beyond. My wife and I were rattled by a failed identity theft attack. Natalie was calming and patient and personally handled freezing our existing accounts, creating new accounts, walking us through step by step how to protect our security and transition to new accounts. But mainly, she was supportive, friendly and patient on a day when we were feeling insecure and vulnerable. Natalie and her staff are wonderful.

Elycia (security) saw my sweating mess of a visage, and immediately got a glass of cold water for me. It was such an appreciated gesture. All of the ladies working today were lovely.

Can't say how important service is and they deliver. Plus they made so many of the steps easy for me to do online, and created auto drafts for me to make my payments.
