- JRJamie RosendahlJan 4, 20241.0No actual bank tellers, yet there are multiple bankers once you walk in and they point you to the video teller atm. When I said I refused to use the machine I was told that was the ONLY way to do anything there (I was just going to deposit cash). Then the worker that was sitting at the entrance when I walked in came over to the video atm and procedded to do the transaction for me 🤯 So why not just have him be an in person teller if he was just going to push all the buttons and talk to the video teller for me. It is sad that a bank is turning into the self checkout at Walmart where the worker just tells you to use the machine and watches you. Very, very impersonable and ridiculous actually.
