- JFJoyce B FayJan 28, 20245.0Long time PNC customer to PNC Bank in Franklin. Fustrated first couple visits there was misinformed by a young man from Antioch location covering in Franklin. Second visit auto teller down couldn't get a straight answer from employee who couldn't be bothered. Third trip young man AJ Harris was very helpful only one sitting there who was not looking at their phone, greeted me and assisted me in depositing a check to my daughter's account who lives out of the country. Very professional and kind walking me through the process. 5 Stars to AJ!
