- RNRobert NewpoffMar 30, 20261.0Under no circumstances do you want to do business with this bank. Financed 2 campers with this bank, and was never late on a payment ever. I have had this camper 3 years. I just bought a new house, have perfect credit and asked to refinance it at a lower rate, and the answer was, well you can only do it for 49 months and your payments would be higher. These people do not care about you. I am a disabled veteran and I will make sure that I post at the VA in Memphis and also Millington Naval Air Station to never to do business with this bank. I will be spreading the word everywhere and leaving comments on BBB website. Why I am upset is because of the banker who purposely doesn't answer your messages and avoids you.
